    Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck – overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by stress, or navigating life changes they weren’t expecting. Therapy can be a chance to pause, sort through what’s going on, and find a way forward that actually feels good. Together, we’ll work to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to what matters most. In our sessions, I’ll support you with practical tools to manage emotions and build healthier habits, while helping you reconnect with your values.

    My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I use practical tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to help you manage emotions, set boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation – supportive, honest, and centered on your goals.

    I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with a BA in Psychology (2014) and an MSW (2021) from Catholic University in DC.
