Maybe your mind won’t shut off. Maybe you’re the dependable one holding everything together. Or a transition - career, relationships, identity - has unsettled you.

Together, we’ll identify patterns fueling anxiety or self-criticism and build practical tools to calm your nervous system and shift unhelpful thoughts. I use mindfulness, CBT, and body-based approaches to help you feel clearer, steadier, and aligned with your values.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with a background in psychology and social work. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions, with a rate of $150 per session.
