I work with young adults who are thoughtful, capable, and often carrying more than they let on. If you’re feeling stuck in your head, overwhelmed, or off balance, therapy can help you slow down, feel more grounded, and start to move forward with clarity. 

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and active. We’ll slow things down to understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in real time. Together, we’ll work on stepping out of cycles like overthinking and people-pleasing, while building practical tools to regulate your nervous system and feel more steady and in control. 

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with a background in psychology and social work. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions at $150 per session.
