Therapy can be a chance to pause, make sense of what’s happening, and feel supported. Together, we’ll work on helping you feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to the people and values that matter most. This is your space to slow down and take care of yourself.

    My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I want our sessions to feel like a real conversation, not something stiff or clinical. I use practical tools from CBT and mindfulness to help you manage emotions, set healthy boundaries, and create small steps that lead to lasting change. I’ll meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

    I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with a BA in Psychology (2014) and an MSW (2021) from CUA in DC. I offer in-person and virtual sessions at $150.
