Therapy gives you space to pause, breathe, and sift through what’s on your mind. Together, we’ll untangle what feels overwhelming, reconnect you with your values, and find steadiness in your day-to-day life. You don’t need to have it all solved to begin - just a space to be yourself.

I’ll listen, ask good questions, and share tools from CBT and mindfulness to help manage stress, set boundaries, and find balance. My aim is that you leave feeling clearer and more grounded.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) with a BA in Psychology (2014) and an MSW (2021) from CUA here in DC. I offer both in-person and virtual appointments.
