Individual Therapy
One-on-one sessions designed to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Individual therapy can support concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, and more.
Couples Therapy
Therapy for couples seeking to improve communication, strengthen connection, navigate conflict, and work through relationship challenges in a supportive environment.
Family Therapy
Collaborative sessions focused on improving family relationships, strengthening communication, and addressing patterns that may be impacting family functioning and well-being.
Group Therapy*
Therapist-led groups that provide opportunities to connect with others facing similar challenges, gain support, develop new skills, and learn from shared experiences.

Psychiatric Referrals
While we do not currently have a psychiatrist on staff, we can help connect clients with trusted psychiatric providers for medication evaluation and management when appropriate.

Our clinicians provide psychoeducational presentations, workshops, and consultation services for schools, organizations, businesses, and community groups on a variety of mental health and wellness topics.
