It’s not always easy to know when to seek support. Sometimes we wait because we think we should be able to handle things on our own, or because what we’re feeling is hard to name. But many forms of suffering don’t fit neatly into categories. You may be dealing with some anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, or the uncertainty that comes with life transitions. Maybe you’re struggling with trauma, or deeper existential questions about meaning, purpose, and who you are becoming. Whatever form your suffering takes, you don’t have to move through it alone.
I work with adults using an integrative approach grounded in a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. For some, this means gently exploring the roots of their suffering through existential and psychodynamic work — making sense of old patterns, inner conflicts, and the stories that shape how you relate to yourself and others. For others, structured CBT strategies provide clear, practical tools for navigating overwhelming thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
I also work with individuals who are reflecting on meaning and spirituality — whether you’re questioning long-held beliefs, navigating a shift in worldview, reconnecting with practices that once supported you, or simply trying to understand what matters most. It can be a profound part of finding a direction and a more authentic way of living.
My aim is to create a space where your pain is understood, your strengths are recognized, and growth becomes possible — at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
I offer remote therapy for clients based in Washington, D.C.
