Whether it’s in their relationships, work, or identity, she helps them navigate their experiences with self-awareness and self-efficacy towards balanced well-being. Clients have expressed challenges with adjustment and anxiety from relocating, to job exploration, to the intersections of who they are, and Bizu supports all with care for the whole person.
She collaborates with clients through a personalized plan integrating Person-Centered, Existential, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approaches to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as they relate to their situation and story. She helps frame goals and solutions from a respectful holistic perspective based on resiliency, authenticity, and meaning. Clients are empowered throughout the healing process by discovering and utilizing their individualized therapeutic tools and coping abilities.
