Believing that we each have the power to heal, I act as a guide to reflect and draw out the strengths you carry within you. In my practice I offer a non-judgmental space where you can address challenges and explore areas of growth.

I have experience counseling adults at many stages of life and serve a diverse population, with a particular focus on the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals. I’ve also worked with groups and individuals as an addiction counselor, focusing on the emotional processing necessary to address trauma and overcome addictive habits and behaviors. At the core of my practice is the belief that in knowing ourselves, we can show up more authentically with others.

I bring an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, and will use various techniques as I collaborate with you to identify what is getting in the way of your thriving. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Humanistic Theory to inform my approach. I bring my whole self to my work with clients, offering mindfulness, centering, and grounding practices during sessions. Whether your concerns revolve around gender expression, sexual identity, relationships, work-life, or family, I will help you find what you need to navigate your next right steps.

I hold a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Washington University.
