When we are in pain or unsure, we search for answers to our “why’s”. Sometimes we need support to arrive at healing and well-being to be able to tap into our potential and our strength. My philosophy is that our thoughts become things. That means we have the power to manifest what we imagine and bring it to reality.
My clinical approach is deeply rooted in developing a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients and meeting them where they are. By doing this, I can develop an integrative approach that best serves you. In my experience working with those struggling with addiction, trauma, adjustment and mood disorders I know there are answers and there is healing.
I received both a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University’s CACREP accredited program. I am a Licensed Resident in Counseling in the Commonwealth of Virginia under the supervision of Beth Ann Maples, MA, LPC, LCPC.
I respect that this journey is personal and I acknowledge the effort and courage to seek out help. I invite you to allow me to serve as an empathetic ear. I offer a safe, non judgmental and confidential space to hold what’s troubling you. It is my honor and privilege to walk the journey toward healing alongside you.
